Delaware Stars for Early Success, Delaware’s QRIS, is a system that relies on objective research and evaluation for continual improvement. The research and evaluation unit of the Delaware Stars program conducts research activities aimed at improving the quality of internal systems and day-to-day operations. The research unit also regularly synthesizes database information to inform external stakeholders and designs and implements research to examine improvements in assessment, technical assistance, and programs.
