Andrea Prettyman

Andrea Prettyman brings more than 20 years of experience working in the early child care field including roles as teacher, director, and professional development instructor. She is currently the program manager for Children's & Families First (CFF) for Delaware Stars and the Capacity Grant. Andrea holds a M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University with certification as a teacher of early childhood through grade four. She also holds a bachelor's of science degree in business administration from Eastern University with a concentration in operations management.

Andrea is an active member of the Delaware Association for the Education of Young Children (DAEYC), the Sussex Early Childhood Council, and a subcommittee of the DE Early Childhood Council
and has served on numerous statewide committees and work groups focused on early childhood systems development
